Vanflyta (quizartinib) is FDA-approved for use in combination with standard cytarabine and anthracycline induction and cytarabine consolidation, and as maintenance monotherapy following consolidation chemotherapy, in patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia harboring FLT3 ITD mutations (FDA.gov).
