P10s-PADRE is a peptide vaccine comprised of a carbohydrate mimetic-peptide (P10s) and a pan-T-cell epitope (PADRE), which mimics the ganglioside G2 and LeY antigens, thereby potentially inducing the production of antibodies and leading to reduced cell viability and increased apoptosis (PMID: 29228761, PMID: 32582547). |
Filtering
