Anti-PSCA(dCH2)BBz-CAR-T cells are T-cells engineered to express a PSCA-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) containing a TNFRSF9 (4-1BB) signaling domain and truncated CD19, which may induce killing of PSCA-expressing tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth (PMID: 29308300). |
Filtering
