CC-92480 binds to and modulates activity of the ubiquitin E3 ligase complex member Cereblon (CRBN), which may induce ubiquitination and degradation of transcription factors in T-lymphocytes, resulting in immune system activation (Blood (2019) 134 (Supplement_1): 1812, PMID: 32130004).
