Edelfosine (ET-18-OCH3) is an ether lipid that modulates cell membrane properties, inhibits PKC, and inhibits the PI3K-AKT/PKB pathway, activating the pro-apoptotic stress-activated protein kinase SAPK/JNK pathways, thereby inducing apoptosis selectively in tumor cells (PMID: 9257915, PMID: 32674353). |

Filtering
