Brequinar (DUP 785) is a small molecule that selectively inhibits the activity of Dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH), potentially resulting in increased myeloid differentiation and decreased tumor burden (PMID: 27641501, PMID: 32525770).

Filtering
