Tuspetinib (HM43239) inhibits both wild-type and mutant FLT3, resulting in decreased activation of downstream signaling, and potentially leading to increased apoptosis and decreased proliferation of tumor cells (Cancer Res 2019;79(13 Suppl):Abstract nr 1293). |
Filtering
