HMPL-306 specifically inhibits mutant IDH1/2, resulting in decreased conversion of alpha-ketoglutarate into 2-hydroxyglutarate, and potentially leading to inhibition of of IDH1/2 mutant tumor cell proliferation (NCI Drug Dictionary).

Filtering
