PLX2853 PLX-2853|PLX 2853 BRD4 Inhibitor 10 PLX2853 is a BET bromodomain inhibitor with specificity for BRD4, which may result in cell cycle arrest thereby inhibiting cell proliferation (PMID: 32717030).
