Metarrestin is a small molecule drug that inhibits the assembly of the perinucleolar compartment, leading to disruption of the nucleolar structure and inhibition of RNA polymerase I transcription, which may result in decreased metastasis, including reduced cell growth and invasion and decreased tumor growth (PMID: 29769289). |
Filtering
