Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Sprycel (dasatinib) is FDA approved for both Philadelphia chromosome positive adult and pediatric chronic myelogenous leukemia and adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (FDA.gov).
KRT-232 KRT 232|KRT232|AMG232|AMG 232|AMG-232|Navtemadlin MDM2 Inhibitor 23 KRT-232 (AMG 232) is a potent inhibitor of the MDM2-p53 interaction, and inhibits proliferation of tumor cells in a p53 dependent manner (PMID: 24456472, PMID: 32234759).
Nilotinib Tasigna AMN-107|AMN107 ABL Inhibitor (pan) 9 BCR-ABL Inhibitor 32 CSF1R Inhibitor 28 DDR1 Inhibitor 10 DDR2 inhibitor 7 KIT Inhibitor 57 PDGFR Inhibitor (Pan) 30 Tasigna (nilotinib) inhibits several tyrosine kinases including BCR-ABL, PDGFR, KIT, DDR and CSF-1R, potentially resulting in reduced tumor cell proliferation (PMID: 21419934, PMID: 25284748). Tasigna (nilotinib) is FDA approved for use in patients with Ph+ (BCR-ABL1) chronic myeloid leukemia (FDA.gov).
