THIO (6-thio-2'-deoxyguanosine) is precursor nucleoside analogue that incorporates into newly synthesized telomeres, leading to telomere dysfunction and apoptosis in telomerase-positive cells, and potential anti-tumor activity (PMID: 34593527; PMID: 25516420). |
Filtering
