Omaveloxolone (RTA 408) is an activator of Nrf2 (NFE2L2) and inhibitor of NF-kappa B, which inhibits tumor growth through regulation of antioxidant and pro-inflammatory gene expression (PMID: 25897966, PMID: 31487581). |
Filtering
