Visudyne (verteporfin) is a small molecule that binds to YAP1 and inhibits the interaction between YAP1 and TEAD, potentially resulting in decreased growth of YAP-driven tumor cells (PMID: 22677547, PMID: 28576749). Verteporfin is FDA-approved for treatment of age-related macular degeneration (FDA.gov). |
Filtering
