KPT-9274 is a dual inhibitor of PAK4 and NAMPT, which blocks the PAK4 and NAD pathways, possibly resulting in inhibition of tumor growth (PMID: 27390344, PMID: 31876149, PMID: 31795447). |
Filtering
- Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
