Ibrance (palbociclib) is approved in combination with an aromatase inhibitor in postmenopausal patients with ER-positive, ERBB2 (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer, and in combination with Faslodex (fulvestrant) in patients with ER-positive, ERBB2 (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer (FDA.gov).
