CB-103 is a small molecule inhibitor of NOTCH signaling via inhibition of the NOTCH transcriptional activation complex, which may result in antitumor efficacy (Cancer Res 2016;76(14 Suppl):Abstract nr 338, PMID: 32601208).

Filtering
