CPI-006 is a monoclonal antibody against NT5E (CD73) that inhibits the conversion of AMP to adenosine to inhibit tumor growth and also has immunomodulatory activities (Journal of Clinical Oncology 2019 37:15_suppl, TPS2646). |
Filtering
