Famitinib (SHR1020) is an analog of Sutent (sunitinib), a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor, which inhibits receptor tyrosine kinases including c-Kit, VEGFR2/3, PDGFR-beta, RET, and FLT3 to reduce cell proliferation and tumor growth (PMID: 23126373, PMID: 30382933). |
