Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Drug Name Trade Name Synonyms Drug Classes Drug Description
Abiraterone Zytiga CB7630 Hormone - Anti-androgens 54 Zytiga (abiraterone) inhibits cytochrome P-450c17, resulting in decreased androgen synthesis (PMID: 25560485). Zytiga (abiraterone) is FDA approved for patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (FDA.gov).
Enzalutamide Xtandi MDV3100|ASP9785 Hormone - Anti-androgens 54 Xtandi (enzalutamide) is a second-generation small molecule inhibitor of androgen receptor, thereby resulting in decreased tumor growth (PMID: 24009414, PMID: 25945058). Xtandi (enzalutamide) is FDA-approved for use in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer, metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, and non-metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer with biochemical recurrence at high risk for metastasis (FDA.gov).
Goserelin Zoladex Goserelin acetate Zoladex (goserelin) is a synthetic analog of lutenizing hormone-releasing hormone, which causes decreased testosterone production in males and decreased estradiol production in females, and is FDA approved for use in prostate carcinoma (FDA.gov).
Prednisone Adasone Dehydrocortisone Adasone (prednisone) is a corticosteroid which functions as an immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory agent and which may stimulate apoptosis in tumor cells (NCI Drug Dictionary).
