DFX117 is a dual inhibitor that blocks Met and selectively inhibits Pik3ca kinase activity, which potentially results in inhibition of cell proliferation, and induction of cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (PMID: 31060329, PMID: 28800461). |
Filtering
