DV-10 is a tumor-specific, replication competent adenovirus engineered to express IL18 and CXCL9, as well as secreted and membrane-bound forms of TNFRSF17 (BCMA), which potentially increases immune activation and infiltration into the tumor microenvironment (Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer 2025;13, Suppl_2, 393). |

Filtering
