Tocilizumab Actemra Atlizumab Actemra (tocilizumab) is a humamized monoclonal antibody that targets IL-6R, resulting in decreased downstream signaling and potentially resulted in decreased tumor growth and progression (PMID: 26751841, PMID: 25658637).
