Interferon gamma is a cytokine that binds IFN-gamma receptors, leading to pleiotropic effects, including stimulating antibody-dependent cytotoxicity and enhanced natural killer cell activity against tumor cells and the activation of caspases, leading to apoptosis of malignant cells (PMID: 14525967). |
Filtering
