Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Olaparib Lynparza AZD2281|KU-0059436 PARP Inhibitor (Pan) 31 Lynparza (olaparib) binds to and inhibits PARP, resulting in inhibition of DNA repair and lethality in homologous-recombination deficient cells, and may be a sensitizing agent for chemotherapy and radiotherapy (PMID: 25028150, PMID: 24225019). Lynparza (olaparib) is FDA approved for treatment of ERBB2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutations, ovarian cancer with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutations and received 3 or more prior therapies, metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutations as a maintenance therapy, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline or somatic homologous recombination repair gene mutations who progressed following enzalutamide or abiraterone, in combination with abiraterone in patients with mCRPC harboring deleterious or suspected deleterious BRCA mutations, as a maintenance therapy in recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer and in epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline or somatic BRCA mutation, and in combination with Avastin (bevacizumab) as maintenance therapy in HDR defective epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer as defined by deleterious or suspected deleterious BRCA mutation, and/or genomic instability (FDA.gov).
Pembrolizumab Keytruda MK-3475 Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor 149 PD-L1/PD-1 antibody 122 Keytruda (pembrolizumab) is an antibody against PD-1 that activates T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune response (PMID: 25977344). Keytruda (pembrolizumab) is approved in melanoma, SCLC, HNSCC, classical Hodgkin Lymphoma, PMBL, urothelial carcinoma, HCC, Merkel cell carcinoma, NMIBC, cutaneous SCC, MSI-H or dMMR or TMB high advanced solid tumors, NSCLC and CD274 (PD-L1)-positive NSCLC, esophageal SCC, cervical cancer, and TNBC, in combination with platnum-based chemo in NSCLC, with pemetrexed and platinum in pleural mesothelioma and non-sNSCLC with no EGFR or ALK mutations, with carboplatin and paclitaxel/nab-paclitaxel in sNSCLC, with axitinib or lenvatinib in RCC, with lenvatinib in endometrial carcinoma that is not MSI-H or dMMR, in combination with platinum and fluoropyrimidine-based chemo for esophageal or gastroesophageal carcinoma, in combination with Herceptin (trastuzumab), fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemo for CD274 (PD-L1)-positive, HER2-positive gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma, in combination with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemo for HER2-negative gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma, in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy, with or without bevacizumab, for patients with CD274 (PD-L1)-positive (CPS>=1) cervical cancer, in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin for biliary tract cancer, in combination with chemoradiation for cervical cancer, and in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel for endometrial carcinoma (FDA.gov).
