Xtandi (enzalutamide) is FDA-approved for use in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer, metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, and non-metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer with biochemical recurrence at high risk for metastasis (FDA.gov).
