Tislelizumab (BGB-A317) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets PD-1 (PDCD1), thereby blocking the binding of PD-L1 (CD274) and potentially resulting in activation of a T-cell immune response against tumor cells (NCI Drug Dictionary).

Filtering
