Therapy Description

Filtering

Blinatumomab Blincyto anti-CD19/anti-CD3 recombinant bispecific|monoclonal antibody MT103|MEDI-538 CD19 Antibody 23 Blincyto (blinatumomab) is a bispecific antibody that binds both CD19 on B-cells and the CD3 complex on T-cells, therefore facilitates T-cell mediated killing of CD19-expressing tumor cells (PMID: 26337639). Blincyto (blinatumomab) is FDA-approved for use in adult and pediatric patients one month and older with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), CD19-positive B-cell precursor ALL in remission, and CD19-positive, BCR-ABL1-negative B-cell precursor ALL in the consolidation phase (FDA.gov).
Cytarabine Cytosar-U Ara-C Cytosar-U (cytarabine) is a cytidine analog that, when incorporated into DNA, inhibits DNA synthesis and repair (PMID: 32524309).
Filgrastim Neupogen G-CSF Neupogen (filgrastim) is a recombinant analog of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) isoform B, which binds and activates G-CSF receptors modulating neutrophilic granulocyte progenitor activity, production, and differentiation (NCI Drug Dictionary).

Idarubicin Idamycin Idarubicin Hcl Chemotherapy - Anthracycline 13 Idamycin (idarubicin) is an anthracycline that inhibits DNA replication thereby preventing RNA and protein synthesis, which may lead to tumor growth inhibition (PMID: 2192943). Idamycin (idarubicin) in combination with other approved drugs is FDA-approved for acute myelogenous leukemia (FDA.gov).
Venetoclax Venclexta ABT-199|RG7601|GDC-0199|ABT119|Venclyxto BCL2 inhibitor 29 Venclexta (venetoclax) is a BH3-mimetic that binds to and inhibits BCL2, resulting in increased tumor cell apoptosis (PMID: 26589495, PMID: 25048785). Venclexta (venetoclax) is FDA approved for use in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and in combination with chemotherapy in patients 75 years old or older with newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (FDA.gov).
