Xalkori (crizotinib) is FDA approved for use in patients with ALK- or ROS1-positive (rearrangements and fusions) metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, in pediatric patients 1 year and older and young adults with relapsed or refractory, ALK-positive systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma, and in adult and pediatric patients 1 year and older with ALK-positive, unresectable, recurrent, or refractory inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (FDA.gov). |
